First Week of a Break Up

There's nothing worst then the first week of a break-up
First week of a break-up is like when the girl's boyfriend tell all his friends that she's not good at sex
It's embarrassing, humiliating
She keep telling herself she is okay
But it's a lie
First week of a break-up everything remind me of you
So I clean everything out of my room
Cleaning so that I may forget you
But I find things of yours that I couldn't when we was together
Your shirt, your favorite CD, the teddy bear you got me when we went to Lake Compounce
Reasons why I liked you
I thought I was cool
But I keep seeing you...around the corner, through the shop window I'm passing
It's driving me crazy
First week of a break-up is when I gain 20 pound because all I do is eat and cry over the memories we had
It's taking me twice as long to forget as it took me to know you
So now I'm sitting on my bedroom floor talking about 1 month down and 2 more years to go
This is for all the men that thought all women rebounce quickly and don't burn
As if when it comes down to heartbreak it is never our turn
Don't matter who is to blame
Because in the first week of a break-up
The loneliness is always the same

Break ups

When someone puts an end to a relationship they have with someone else.

Usually the girl is the one that spend days crying and they usually need a longer time recovery. Sometimes the boy is the one that suffers. Some shows it some don't.

And the reason we get break ups its because we get into relationships and take on responsibility that we as kids cannot handle. At 14 we should be having fun not worry about if your partner is cheating on you or if really he is with his friends like he said he was. As kids we take on grown woman responsibilities, then complain that life is a bitch and that everything seem to happen to only you. Reality is no its not, you bring your own problem upon yourself. Don't blame anyone else for the consequences of your poor actions.
